Tuesday, November 15

What a day makes at this time of year. From temps in the 70s to rainy days of cold 50s.
Next week is Thanksgiving and I will take time to remember Mother in her hurry to gather the good things from the garden that we grew and preserved just for such a day.
No matter where you are take time to remember the Thanksgiving Days that you shared with your family..give thanks and be grateful for what you hold in your heart and hand.

Fall Showers

Just a few day to Thanksgiving and my yard is just about ready for planting foundation shrubs.

It took us 2 days just to get all the fall leaves out of the back yard and we found a few surprises under the leaves..a happy toad that jumped out of the way to enjoy to fall afternoon..

I have found so many wonderful plants I would like to add to the front yard but just don't have the room!

Wednesday, November 9

If I have pots to fill with flowers for Spring I will look to you my friend to help me with the "Forget me Knots".
