So you have read about the Confederate Rose here is another picture of my CR;
I do mulch the heck out of the plants in the fall of the year so it can come back in the Spring. It is really beautiful this time of the year...

Spring is here and I am digging in the dirt when I looked up I saw the "Blue Bird" watching me.

He was waiting for the worms to be turned up for his meal of the day..a gift to me..this small bird so early in the morning..watching and waiting

Christmas is here and with the season comes a time to rest and renew the soul.

Well, I finished my raised garden bed a 10'x10'x12". Now I called in for a delivery of garden soil from the local farmers office. Will see how this does this spring.
Looking at the seeds catalogs to see what I want to plant this February and March.
Weather is on the rainy side today with a nip of cold wind to add another way of keeping me in the house. Old dog seems to enjoy that idea...wonder why..
